Shipping & delivery

Orders are packed within 1–2 working days of payment. You will get an email when your order is packed and again when it leaves us.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days across India, depending on your pin code. The estimate for your address is confirmed at checkout, before you pay.

Remote pin codes and difficult weather can add a day or two. If a delay becomes likely, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.

Delivery is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay — taxes and delivery are already included, and nothing is added at checkout.

Once your order ships, your order page shows where it is — packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered — and we email you at each step.
